More Tests?

Each of our faith is tested over time - more and more but there won't be any improvement until we completely surrender it all to Him. Completely give it all to Him and trust Him. It's easy for us to want to handle things and have control of situations but when we do that we are taking it out of God's hand and putting it in our own - not Him giving it back to us.

I can speak on this from experience. Life was spinning out of control and so much was going wrong. Everything was chaos and nothing seemed to be going right the times I did pray - nothing was happening. Michael and I would fight like cats and dogs and there was other things going on mentally and around me - I felt like I was drowning. The changing moment occurred when I decided to make the decision to put God first in everything, have a true intimate relationship with Jesus Christ and surrender EVERYTHING (my life, my husband, my children, my family, every thing I own, whatever He wanted) to Him! When I made that decision I was freed from so many things. My hunger and fire was birthed and has only grown! It's hard to give up everything and trust something we cannot see, but that's what faith is all about.

One of my go to things right now is the woman who knew that all she needed was a touch of Jesus' robe in order to receive her healing she needed. She had been suffering for TWELVE years but she knew all she needed was a touch of Him! There is healing in the presence of God! His Holy Spirit is our comforter.

Sometimes God has to keep bringing us back to rock bottom in order to get our attention that we can't do life on our own that we need Him! It's easy for us to want to do things on our own but we either do things with God or we do it by ourselves.
